Revis Ready To Return Against Dolphins

Darrelle Revis is revved up and ready to go after receiving clearance for contact ahead of Thursdays practice session. The All-Pro cornerback missed the defeat at the hands of the Steelers last Sunday after suffering a concussion via an accidental kick to the head by fellow team mate Bart Scott.

I’m playing Sunday, Doctors cleared me, so I’ll be playing Sunday.

Revis had this to say following the teams practice

Today, it felt good, I actually got a couple jams in on press coverage and got physical with some guys…. Contact actually felt good today, hitting guys and guys were hitting me back

The Jets head to the Sunlife stadium knowing only a victory will suffice as they then square up aginst the 49ers and the Texans, both of which are expected to head deep into the post season.
