Jets rookie wide receiver Jordan White is set to be out of action until late July/Early August after breaking his left foot.
White a 7th round draft pick out of Western Michigan has been plagued by injury throughout his college career. Prior injuries left no visibleaffect on white who produced impressive numbers last year, with 1911 yards from 140 receptions, scoring 17 touchdowns in the process.
According to reports White broke the fifth metatarsal in his left foot whilst training with the Jets. White underwent surgery 2 days later. Judging by the news and tweets via several Jets beat writers White had clearly impressed by during the Jets rookie camp and this a huge blow for the rookie who has yet to sign with the Jets.
We wish Jordan a speedy recovery.
