Draft 2012: 1st Rd Recap

The draft was officially launched last night by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell, accompanied by the customary boo's as he took to the stage.

As expected the Colts selected Andrew Luck as the overall No1 pick, with RGIII selected by the 49ers with he second pick. The Browns seemly got ititcy feet and traded with the Vikings to move up a spot to secure the talented Running back Trent Richardson.

Eight trades were made in total during the first round at the Radio City Music Hall. Below is a complete rundown of last nights events. The second and third  round will take place at 7pm ET tonight.
